Customers have one (1) day from the date of delivery or in-store pickup to request a return. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and any factory seals must be intact and untampered. All returns must be made to the store in person. Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days using the original payment method.
